Purpose and legal basis

Necessary cookies and local storage are processed because the site cannot run and your order cannot be fulfilled without them. The legal basis is performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in a working and secure website. Consent is not required by law for these.

Analytics cookies are processed only with your consent. The purpose is to see which pages people use and where they struggle in the configurator so that we can improve the site. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out so far.

Necessary cookies and local storage

These are always stored, the site would not work without them.

jwt-token — keeps you signed in to the partner and administration area
cc_cookie — remembers your cookie choice so the bar does not appear again
browser local storage — the contents of your cart, entered order details and your unfinished print design, so they are not lost when you close the window

Analytics cookies

Stored only with your consent. We use them to load Google Tag Manager, through which we measure how the site is used and an additional form by the Tally service is embedded. Without consent Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all.

How long we keep the data

cc_cookie (your cookie decision) — 365 days, after which we ask again
jwt-token (sign in) — until the browser is closed, or one year with "stay signed in"
local storage (cart, order details, unfinished design) — until you delete it or clear your browser data
analytics tools — according to each tool’s own settings; today Google Tag Manager and the Tally form are loaded after consent and set no cookies of their own on page load

Who we share data with

After your consent, services of Google Ireland Limited (Google Tag Manager) and Tally BV (forms) are loaded. Without consent nothing is sent to their servers. We do not sell data.

Record of consent

So that we can prove you gave or refused consent, we store a record of your choice: a random identifier that is also kept in your cookie, the date and time, the version of this text, its language and the categories you chose. We store no IP address and no browser data, so the record alone does not identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in proving that we meet our legal obligations. We delete the record after 3 years.

Transfers outside the EU

With the services named above data may be transferred to the United States, on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. To exercise your rights use the contact above.

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change your consent at any time through the "Advanced settings" link in the footer. Withdrawal applies to future processing.

Automated decision making

We do not carry out automated decision making or profiling on the basis of cookies. Consenting to analytics cookies is neither a legal nor a contractual requirement — the site works the same without it and you can place orders.
