Shipping and delivery

The shipping method depends on the destination country, the size and weight of the shipment and the type of order. Smaller orders are normally shipped as parcels, while larger orders may be shipped on pallets or by another appropriate method.

Shipping terms differ for standard customers and registered business partners.

Shipping for standard customers (B2C)

Available shipping methods

During checkout, the shipping methods available for the selected destination country and the specific shipment will be displayed.

Standard orders are shipped via parcel carriers.

To be completed according to the actual setup.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost will be displayed before the order is completed.

The amount is determined according to the rules applicable to the specific shipment and destination country.

Larger and oversized orders

If an order cannot be shipped as a standard parcel due to its quantity, weight or dimensions, an appropriate shipping method will be used, such as pallet freight.

The specific rules for switching from parcel shipping to pallet freight will be added according to the actual configurator settings.

Shipping for business partners (B2B)

For registered business partners, different shipping terms and methods may apply than for standard B2C orders, depending on the nature of the order, quantity and delivery destination.

Parcel and pallet shipping

Smaller B2B orders may be shipped as standard parcels.

Depending on the quantity, weight and volume of the order, larger production runs may be shipped, for example:

  • in several parcels,
  • on one or more pallets,
  • using another suitable freight service.

Shipping costs for B2B customers

Shipping costs for business orders will be determined by the actual rules of the partner account and the specific order.

This section will specify whether:

  • the partner has individual shipping rates,
  • the shipping cost is calculated automatically,
  • free-shipping thresholds apply,
  • pallet freight is calculated individually,
  • any additional rules apply.

Direct delivery to the business partner’s customer

I would definitely keep this section if this service is actually offered.

For advertising agencies and other resellers, it may be important to know whether an order can be shipped directly to their customer’s delivery address without the partner having to receive and reship it first.

If neutral shipping / blind shipping is also available, this should be stated explicitly here. This is highly valuable practical information for advertising agencies.

Multiple delivery addresses

If the partner system allows different delivery addresses to be used for individual orders, this option should also be stated here.

Non-standard and large orders

For larger production runs, non-standard shipments or regular deliveries, the shipping method can be arranged according to the specific order.

Wholesale partnership

Production and delivery time

The delivery time consists of the time required to manufacture and print the ordered products plus the subsequent transit time.

The specific method for displaying or calculating the estimated delivery date will be added according to the actual functionality of the configurator.
