Shipping and payment
Shipping is calculated in the cart from the weight of the parcel and the delivery destination before you place the order, so you always see it upfront.
Shipping
Within the Czech Republic we send parcels up to 70 kg as a package, heavier orders ship on a pallet.
Abroad we ship with DPD, and with DHL to destinations DPD does not serve.
Where we deliver
Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Slovakia, Switzerland.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 days from order confirmation and print approval. We confirm the exact date during the order.
Payment
- Card payment online through the GoPay gateway (VISA, Mastercard).
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer — the payment details including IBAN are shown after you place the order and sent by e-mail.
- SEPA transfer for payments in euro.
Prices and VAT
The configurator shows prices both with and without VAT. Goods are dispatched after the payment is received unless agreed otherwise.
